American Dreams

Good day to our friends in Kazakhstan.  We are excited to share our thoughts in regards to your "I Have A Dream" postings.  Our country has a long and shameful history in its treatment of African Americans which has led to the modern menace of racism that still exists here.  We appreciate the time you take to learn more about the work of one of our greatest leaders, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

It is my dream that exchanges like these will lead to greater understanding of culture and perspectives enabling all of us to collaborate to solve some of the world's largest problems including inequality, poverty, hunger, and pollution to name a few.  We have to work together to solve them.  If we can work together and respect perspectives, we can do anything we put our minds to.

We wish you the best and thank you for reading.

I have a dream that one day, we will have a better education where students can learn what they want and need to know.  I want an education that does not teach every student the exact same things and I want teachers to stop expecting the same exact results from all students.  An education where students actually want to be in school would be good. I have a dream that one day racism, discrimination, and bullying will end. One day I hope every single person feels like they belong and have a purpose.  I have a dream that one day everybody will get the health care that they need when they need the help. I have a dream that one day world hunger will be a distant memory. I have a dream that one day the world will have no corruption.

“I have a dream that no one will be racist to anyone and that all are equal.  No one will offend any race in the world. I have a dream that we are learning different things in our education.  I have a dream there won’t be much violence in any schools or between people. I have a dream that nobody will use guns to kill students and teachers.  I have a dream that there will finally be peace between people everywhere in the world and that nobody will want to end it.”

I have a dream, and it’s a simple dream.  I have a dream that every child and adult has healthcare in the United States.  Most people in the United States do not have healthcare because it is too expensive to afford.  I have a dream for everyone to stop racism in the United States. I feel like we can’t move forward with each other because racism is still a big thing in the United States.  I have a dream that nobody in lives in poverty and kids can have warm things without worrying when their next meal will be and when their parents can buy warm things for them.  I have a dream that everyone can love each other and not be violent. I have a dream where the school massacres stop and every kid can learn in a safe school and not get shot up.    I have a dream where we all can be happy.

I have a dream in the USA with education because the teachers show us the same topics everyday and I think they need to put different topics in to show and teach in school.  I also think a lot of people complain about how healthcare is controlled. I also think that poverty can be changed in the world to make it better and people to be happy. I think poverty is food shelter and clothes because some people don’t know how poverty can be changed and some people can help other people because they can buy them food, water and shelter and give them land.

I have a dream that everyone in the world will get along with each other. War does not help people but hurt people. With no tensions between countries, we can make the world a better place. Countries can happily trade goods with one another and work together to solve problems and life threatening diseases. Each person’s health is important, and ending poverty can help that. With each person getting the basic needs that they need, no one would have to steal or do something bad to get what they need just to survive.

I have a dream to have better protection for everyone in school departments. There has been so many school shootings in the USA and it needs to stop.Going to school isn’t feeling like a safe place.  Going along with that I have a dream to go to college for Child Education I believe that everyone should get an equal education. Another dream is to go to other countries and learn about their cultures.

I have a dream that one day there will be an end to starvation. So many families and children are without food and water. I want to end hunger. There is currently 795 million people throughout the world without food. They are unhealthy and undernourished. Every ten seconds a child dies because they didn’t have the resources they needed to survive. I want to figure out a way to solve child hunger and put an end to it.

I have a dream that one day medical resources will not be so expensive. If the medical resources were cheaper it could save a lot of lives. I would also like to see better health and well being in the United States. If the USA had better health and well-being we wouldn’t need as many medical resources. If I could change anything it would be the way people are judged just on their looks and beliefs.

I have a dream of playing professional hockey and making a lot of money.  I want to travel the world and explore the world. If I could change anything I would change schooling to make it harder on us so we could be a lot smarter. I would give teachers more money to teach kids better education and make kids better at life skill. Teachers should get more money so that they really want to teach and kids should enjoy the teachers and gaining knowledge because they want to.

I have a dream that one day we will all be equal and that no one is discriminated just because of their race or beliefs. I hope one day there will be more job opportunities so we could have more people employed to decrease the poverty rate not just where I live but throughout the whole country. I have a dream that one day we not have to worry about guns and violence especially in schools and that we work as a nation to improve our world today.

I have a dream that one day kids won’t be worried that when they go to school there will be a shooting. Schools are meant to be a place of education and now it’s a place where teachers feel the need to start keeping a gun in their classrooms for their own safety. The news has been piling up with so many school shootings, I don’t understand why people are even allowed to carry certain types of guns. If you go hunting there is a certain style of gun you can use, but the guns that students are using to shoot up schools shouldn’t even be in their possessions.

I have a dream of educational systems learning from other countries to start thinking about what different careers they want to explore at a young age so we have a better understanding when we get to high school. We can then start the process right away in high school and are able to focus on other life skills besides strictly textbook learning. For example an economy class and a home economics class could help us so we know how to handle our money. Another way we could start to learn earlier is knowing what the metric system is and learning a different language in grade school so we can eventually be fluent making it easier to communicate with everyone around the world.
